We are seeking a full-time Commission Sales Associate to join our team in Dickson, TN and Springfield, IL. This on-site role involves providing exceptional service to clients, understanding their Medicare and retirement needs, and offering suitable solutions that align with their preferences. Key responsibilities include engaging with clients, conducting consultations, presenting appropriate plans, addressing inquiries, and building long-term relationships. The role also requires an ability to meet sales targets and stay informed about industry regulations and products.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build client relationships
• Proficiency in communication, including explaining complex products and processes clearly
• Sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities to achieve and exceed targets
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients efficiently
• Ability to learn about Medicare and retirement plans, including industry regulations
• Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in sales, business, or a related field
