HVAC Install Lead Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform all HVAC replacements to code.
• Solder and perform necessary electrical work associated with HVAC projects.
• Conduct thorough and accurate HVAC inspections and communicate findings to clients.
• Conduct necessary HVAC calculations and invoicing calculations.
• Follow all state HVAC code.
• Mentor team members and apprentices weekly on team performance metrics.
• Prefer 3-5 years of verifiable HVAC installation experience.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• HVAC certification or diploma preferred.

Pay:

$22 - $30 an hour
