Job Title
Install and/or Upgrade a wide variety of electrical components ranging from generators, rewires, additions, services, panels, etc.. in an efficient and productive manner
Provide electrical service and/or repair to customers' homes, apartments, and businesses as needed including presenting options and collecting for jobs completed
Communicate with Dispatch, Supervisors, and Customers throughout projects about time frames, change orders, etc.
Must provide a safe and clean work environment to protect property of others and fellow coworkers
Coordinate with utility service providers (NES, MTEMC, CEMC, etc.) and local code officials to ensure proper guidelines are established
Transport materials and tools to the job site and provide proper accounting of assigned tools
Responsible for adhering to all OSHA safety standards and regulations including the use of proper PPE at all times
Keep truck clean, stocked and accurately inventoried
Perform other duties as assigned
Must be highly detail-oriented due to the nature of the electrical field in ensure safety for fellow technicians, self, and property
Must be team oriented
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow coworkers
Must be able to use a computer tablet, smart phone and read a map or follow GPS
A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
A valid driver's license and approved to drive by Company's insurance carrier
Willing to work hours outside of normal work schedule and on call schedule
$15 - $20 an hour
