Source Line is seeking a seasoned heavy equipment technician in Tennessee to diagnose, repair, and maintain fleets at customer job sites and in our shop. This role blends field service with in‑shop work, requiring independence, strong troubleshooting, and a commitment to safety and quality.
You will diagnose malfunctions, perform major service on engines, hydraulics, electrical and control systems, and ensure equipment is ready for rental or deployment.
