Retrofit Installer

Location: Dickson, TN

Clarks Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Dickson, TN. • Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, and ductwork.
• Replace existing HVAC equipment while following manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Complete start-up, testing, and system commissioning to ensure proper operation.
• Educate homeowners on the operation and maintenance of their new equipment.
• Maintain accurate installation paperwork and job documentation.
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Work closely with installers, service technicians, and office staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices and sheet metal/ductwork.
• Ability to read installation diagrams and wiring schematics.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship.
