We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Ready‑Mix Truck Driver with at least a Class "B" CDL. In this full‑time role, you will manage safe and efficient delivery of ready‑mix concrete to residential and industrial sites. You should have a clean driving record, commitment to safety policies, and maintain the operational cleanliness of the truck. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction by adhering to delivery schedules and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities- Operate ready‑mix trucks safely and efficiently: deliver to residential and industrial areas while ensuring compliance with all road safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain the operational and mechanical condition of equipment: conduct routine inspections and minor maintenance, and report major issues promptly.
- Support a clean and safe working environment: assist in maintaining cleanliness around the ready‑mix plant and follow safety protocols.
- Engage positively with customers to ensure satisfaction: demonstrate professionalism, maintain integrity, and provide reliable updates and timely deliveries.
- Adhere to all safety policies and commit to continuous workplace health and safety improvement.
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all guidelines set forth.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- Previous experience in ready‑mix delivery or a similar industry is a plus.
Skills
- Valid Class A or B CDL with air brakes and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail regarding vehicle maintenance.
- Spanish‑speaking or bilingual capabilities are considered a plus.
