• Operate various powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and convey orders to packing station or shipping area.
• Perform warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy and completeness, conducting inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, maintaining displays, moving and replenishing material, and conducting daily cycle counts.
• Receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments, stock material, process customer returns, and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operate forklift equipment and maintain a clean and organized facility (sweeping, trash removal, restroom and general office maintenance).
• Maintain a safe working environment by following Safety Program rules and reporting accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience; certified sit-down forklift operator.
• 1 or more years of distribution/warehouse experience; minimum 6 months of stand-up forklift or order picker experience. Pallet jack experience not required.
• Competencies:
  
  good oral and written communication, accurate record keeping, active listening, ability to understand and speak basic English, safe and conscientious work habits, and Dal-Tile certification to operate powered industrial trucks.

• Physical requirements include standing, repeated use of hands, reaching, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds. Typical picks per hour and weight ranges vary by shift.
• Specific vision abilities, exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and temperature variations. Noise level is usually loud. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
