Monarch Education is looking for enthusiastic Nursery Room Assistants to join friendly, supportive nurseries across Didcot
. Whether you're experienced in early years or looking to begin your journey in childcare, we'd love to hear from you.

• Supporting children aged 0-5 in their daily routines
• Creating a safe, engaging and nurturing environment
• Assisting with play‑based learning activities
• Supporting meal times, personal care and general wellbeing
• Working closely with the nursery team to deliver high‑quality childcare

• A positive, caring and proactive attitude
• Experience with in early years is ideal but not essential
• Ability to work 8am-6pm
• Reliable, friendly, and confident working with young children
• Willingness to complete a DBS (or already have one on the Update Service)
