Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team on a temporary basis in Didcot. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met. Key Responsibilities- Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging and interactive activities to promote children's learning and development
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that meets the needs of all children
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including observations, assessments, and progress updates
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve high standards of care and education
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Care (e.g., NVQ, Diploma, or equivalent)
- Experience working in a nursery setting, preferably with children aged 0-5 years prefered
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and education, with a focus on child-centred practice
- Competitive hourly rate of up to £17.00 per hour
