Are you an experienced Catering Manager who is passionate about great food, exceptional service and creating a fantastic customer experience? We're looking for a Catering Manager to join our Eurest team in Didcot, leading a high-quality catering operation with a strong focus on hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, building great relationships and taking ownership of an operation.
You'll lead a talented team, drive standards and work closely with the client to ensure we consistently deliver an outstanding service. What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the day-to-day catering operation, ensuring consistently high food and service standards.
- Lead, motivate and develop the catering team, creating a positive and engaging working environment.
- Take ownership of budgets, stock control, ordering and overall financial performance.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, Health & Safety and allergen standards.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction, identifying ways to continually improve the service.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Support and deliver hospitality and events, ensuring every detail is right.
- Identify opportunities to improve the operation, increase engagement and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Take ownership of challenges, finding practical solutions and driving continuous improvement.

- You''ll ideally have:
- Previous experience managing a catering, hospitality or food service operation.
- Proven experience leading, motivating and developing a team.
- Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets, costs and stock control.
- A good understanding of food safety, Health & Safety and allergen compliance.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for delivering great service.
- The confidence to build effective relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently, make decisions and take ownership of the operation.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- A genuine passion for food, people and delivering high standards.
