• Fair Pay: £35,000 – £40,000 per year (flat basic salary tailored to your experience and qualifications).
• Guaranteed Weekends Off:
  Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30

Working in our Didcot workshop, you will:

• Carry out routine vehicle servicing
  , safety health checks, and general mechanical maintenance across a wide variety of makes and models.
• Use up-to-date diagnostic tools and computer scanners to efficiently troubleshoot and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
• Complete thorough maintenance, diagnostic, and preparation work, ensuring consistently high "first-time fix" quality standards.
• Work productively alongside a skilled team of motor mechanics to maintain a smooth and efficient workshop flow.

• Qualifications: Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (
  NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent time-served experience).
• Experience: A proven track record working as a Vehicle Technician
  , Car Mechanic
  , or Service Technician in a professional workshop environment.
• Key Strengths: A reliable, self-motivated team player with great attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and your own tools.
• Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential. Having an active MOT Tester licence is a distinct advantage!
