I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, family-run engineering business with an excellent reputation for supplying, servicing and repairing premium ground care, horticultural and agricultural machinery across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas.

Due to continued growth, they're looking to add an experienced Groundcare Engineer to their workshop and field service team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and working with a wide range of industry-leading equipment.

The Role As a Groundcare Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Servicing and repairing a wide variety of ground care and garden machinery.
• Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Carrying out PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) work on new equipment.
• Completing repairs to a high standard within agreed timescales.
• Providing excellent customer service both in the workshop and on-site.
• Maintaining accurate service records and paperwork.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with manufacturer standards.

We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience in one or more of the following:

• Strong mechanical engineering skills.
• Experience with diesel engines, hydraulics and electrical systems.
• The ability to diagnose and resolve faults independently.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
