Role Summary
We are seeking an x‑one Bluebook Business Analyst to join our Global IT team and drive the evolution of our global enterprise blueprint and process architecture framework. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical system capabilities and business operations, translating complex requirements into functional specifications to continuously optimize our global front‑office platform. This is a Process Architecture & Framework Optimization role.
Your focus will be on validation, data‑driven alignment, and global process documentation.
Primary
Location:
remote CET timezone – fulltime or 0.8 role. This role requires full operational availability during Central European Time (CET) business hours.
- Defining the Blueprint:
Analyzing business requirements, business cases, and user data to define "as‑is" and "to‑be" processes for the x‑one bluebook platform. - Bridging the Gap:
Effectively translating high‑level business operational needs into precise technical and functional specifications. - Stakeholder Alignment:
Interfacing directly with Global Product Owners, the Global Learning team, and principal Business Analysts across multiple product streams (r‑one, m‑one, c‑one, etc.). - Framework Optimization:
Designing, implementing, and maintaining new services, standards, tools, and reports to manage parallel digital rollouts across 39 countries. - Documentation & Governance:
Maintaining the single source of truth and ensuring process documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Must‑Have Experience & Knowledge:
Randstad operational knowledge is an absolute must. You must intimately understand how Randstad operates, its organizational structure, and daily work‑floor pain points. - Professional
Experience:
At least three years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role, ideally within a complex, multinational corporate environment or an IT department related to HR Services. - Education:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Language:
Excellent, fluent command of the English language (written and verbal). - Technical & Core Mindset: AI‑Driven Problem Solving – highly comfortable leveraging AI tools to optimize, automate, and improve daily documentation and data processes.
- Meticulous & Structured: A "First time right" motto, excellent time‑management skills, and love keeping deep technical details organized.
- Agile & Tools:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace. - Adaptability:
Ability to pivot effortlessly between deep technical details and practical end‑user impact in a fast‑evolving global environment.
