In this pivotal remote role, you will utilize your 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration to oversee the transition lifecycle for multiple projects. You will be responsible for data extraction, migration, validation, and process documentation, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Effective communication and robust project management skills are essential to deliver optimal client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage entire transition lifecycle for lease administration
• Track project scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Mentor junior team members on best practices
• Conduct client meetings to ensure satisfaction
• Oversee quality control in onboarding phases
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or real estate preferred
• 10+ years in lease administration or property management
• Familiarity with commercial real estate databases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting rules preferred
