As the Automotive Parts Team Lead, you will leverage your passion for vehicles and strong knowledge of parts to enhance the sales experience. You'll take on keyholder responsibilities when the management team is absent, ensuring smooth daily operation while supporting your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify parts using the Part Source Operating System

• Provide product benefits and warranty details to customers

• Support team development through coaching and support

• Assume responsibilities for store opening and closing

• Oversee compliance and safe work practices

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in a retail supervisory role

• Strong customer service dedication

• Proficient in computer systems, including POS

• Ability to lift and manage merchandise up to 50 lbs

• Flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
