We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join an established commercial contractor working on fit-out, refurbishment and maintenance projects across the UK. This is a varied role suited to someone with a background in general building, maintenance, joinery, carpentry or construction who enjoys working across different trades rather than specialising in one particular area. You will be involved in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, carrying out general repairs, installation works and a variety of practical building tasks.

The role is based around Sheffield, with regular UK travel and occasional periods working away from home.

Overtime & Weekend Rates

There is plenty of opportunity to earn additional money through overtime, should you wish to take it.

• Saturday:
  Paid at 1.5x the normal rate.
• Sunday:
  Paid at 2x the normal rate.
• Weekend work is subject to a minimum payment of 8 hours, regardless of the actual hours worked.
