Compensation & Benefits:- Salary: $110,000 - $140,000

- Oversee all accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Payroll
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with external auditors and internal teams during audits and financial reviews
- Evaluate, enhance, and maintain internal controls while driving process improvements and efficiencies
- Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to senior leadership to support business planning and growth initiatives
- Mentor and lead the accounting team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with prior leadership experience in a controller or senior accounting role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
- Proven ability to implement process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally
