• Salary: $110,000 – $140,000

• Oversee all accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Payroll
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with external auditors and internal teams during audits and financial reviews
• Evaluate, enhance, and maintain internal controls while driving process improvements and efficiencies
• Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to senior leadership to support business planning and growth initiatives
• Mentor and lead the accounting team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with prior leadership experience in a controller or senior accounting role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
• Proven ability to implement process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally
