General Merchandise Team Associate

Job Overview

General merchandise associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining displays, and performing tasks such as paint mixing and fabric cutting.

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them with product selection.
• Recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs.
• Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order throughout the day.
• Perform paint mixing and fabric cutting as required.

Hourly wage: $17 - $30 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
