Fresenius Kidney Care District Heights, MD is seeking a Registered Nurse - Home Therapies to join our clinical team. As RN CAP 2 you will assess patients, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes under supervision.
You will educate patients and Home Partners on dialysis at home, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, document care plans, and participate in quality improvement activities.
Required:
RN licensure in state, CPR/BLS, and home dialysis experience.
