Role OverviewFrito‑Lay is hiring a mid‑level Warehouse Picker and Packer to support the efficient movement and management of inventory. The role focuses on precise inventory records and preparing shipments to ensure our popular snacks reach consumers promptly.

Responsibilities- Receive, examine, and properly store incoming shipments to maintain inventory accuracy
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment following established company guidelines
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Validate inventory counts and update records using warehouse management systems
- Coordinate with team members to prioritize work and meet production deadlines
- Report any equipment malfunctions, damaged products, or discrepancies promptly to supervisors
- High school diploma or equivalent credential
- Minimum of one year of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Proficiency in safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse machinery
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, bending, or reaching
- Dedication to workplace safety and adherence to standard operating procedures
- Forklift certification or prior experience with heavy warehouse machinery
- Experience in a high‑volume production or distribution setting
- Knowledge of inventory software and scanning technology
