Billing Clerk

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join a stone, glass, and concrete manufacturing organization in Dixon, California. This Contract to permanent opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys managing billing activity, communicating with customers, and keeping financial records accurate in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings experience with high-volume billing operations, payment follow-up, and SAP, along with a detail-oriented and personable communication style.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule using computerized billing systems and SAP.

- Review billing records for completeness, resolve discrepancies, and maintain organized documentation to support account activity.

- Follow up on outstanding balances by contacting customers, collecting payments, and recording updates in the appropriate systems.

- Generate and distribute billing statements while ensuring account information remains current and accurate.

- Process lien release documentation and support related administrative tasks tied to customer accounts.

- Respond to a high volume of inbound and outbound customer communications regarding invoices, payment status, and account questions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to address billing concerns, verify data, and improve the efficiency of day-to-day billing workflows. Requirements
