Superintendent – Water Division
Title: Superintendent (Water/Wastewater)
Location: California (project-based)
Compensation: $140,000 – $200,000
About the Opportunity: Our client is expanding their water division and is looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on complex treatment plant, pipeline, and water infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily field operations and site safety
- Manage crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers
- Ensure quality control and adherence to plans/specifications
- Drive production, sequencing, and project delivery
- 5+ years of superintendent experience in heavy civil construction
- Strong background in water/wastewater projects (treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations)
- Proven ability to manage crews and deliver projects on schedule
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
