Team 360 Staffing is seeking a dependable Supervisor / Foreman Dock Installer to support marina construction and floating dock installation projects for one of our clients. This role involves performing a variety of construction and installation duties on project sites while ensuring compliance with federal contract requirements. Candidates must be able to meet security requirements, pass criminal background and drug screenings, maintain reliable attendance, and be willing to travel throughout the West Coast as needed.

Essential duties and responsibilities:- Oversee construction of marinas by installing floating docks in the water at the job site per blueprint specifications and per direction of Construction Manager
- Operates equipment and machinery in a knowledgeable, safe, and effective manner
- Follows and applies safety rules and techniques
- Reports any problems with construction duties to supervisor
- May operate forklift to transport floats; places and aligns floats into correct order and position, following blueprint specifications
- Uses hardware, such as bolts, washers, rods, lumber, and uses necessary hand tools
- Positions and fastens all required hardware and materials onto floats using wrenches, rubber mallets, and others appropriate tools, ensuring floats are assembled correctly
- Responsible for coordinating crew members and subcontractors during onsite construction.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; or 10 years related marine experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Necessary PPE required:
Hard Hat, USCG approved life jacket & work boots. - Ability to apply and be eligible for a passport
- Able to work on a Government base / job site. Additional background screening will be required.
- Hold a valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance.
- Must be able to travel around bay area (Oakland, San Rafael, Vacaville, Fairfield)
