Pay: $47 - $50 per hour

Experience:
Experienced Dental hygienist with 1+ years of practice
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments, including medical and dental history review, periodontal charting, and oral cancer screenings
- Provide preventive dental care such as prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, and sealant application
- Take, process, and interpret dental radiographs in accordance with state regulations and office protocols
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, disease prevention, nutrition, and post-treatment care
- Identify signs of oral diseases or abnormalities and communicate findings to the dentist for diagnosis and treatment planning
- Administer local anesthesia and other adjunctive procedures as permitted by state law
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely clinical documentation in patient records
- Follow all infection control, sterilization, and OSHA/HIPAA compliance standards
- Collaborate effectively with dentists and dental team members to ensure high-quality patient care
- Assist in maintaining dental equipment, operatory readiness, and inventory of clinical supplies
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to ensure comfort, trust, and positive clinical experiences
- Participate in continuing education and stay current with dental hygiene best practices and regulations

Shift & ScheduleWe believe great work deserves great balance! Our office hours are Monday–Tuesday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Wednesday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with only one Friday per month from 8:00 AM–1:00 PM. Plus, we break for lunch daily from 1:00–2:00 PM—because refueling matters.
