Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with Reading Endorsement or Reading Specialist
- Proper license
Salary and Fringe Benefits:
Base salary for the school year is $45,007 (plus TRS and health insurance benefits, as agreed upon by the Dixon Education Association and the Board of Education.) Fifteen (15) days per year sick leave. Two (2) days personal leave per year.
