- Bachelor’s degree with Reading Endorsement or Reading Specialist
- Available for employment on August 10, 2026
- Base salary for the school year is $45,007 (plus TRS and health insurance benefits, as agreed upon by the Dixon Education Association and the Board of Education.)
- Fifteen (15) days per year sick leave.
- Two (2) days personal leave per year.
