Borg Warner is seeking a senior manufacturing/quality engineering leader to direct day-to-day technical support on the manufacturing floor in Dixon, IL. You will drive improvements, lead new product introductions, and ensure safety, quality, and process capability while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements include a four-year engineering degree, 10–12 years of experience in manufacturing/quality, and hands-on project leadership in automotive contexts. Travel may be required.
