This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory alignment across SSI, SSDI, Medicaid, SNAP, and Medicare, while educating clients and staff to promote informed decisions. You will coordinate with Finance and Program teams, advocate on benefit notices, track renewals, and help prevent errors through process improvements.
