This role is full time (37.5 hours/week) and offers you the dynamic chance to serve on two different campuses, working with either K-6 or K-8 caseloads based on your skills and interests flexibility agreed during the interview. New Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply; supervision and mentorship will be provided to ensure your smooth transition into the field.

Qualifications / Desired

Experience:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP in Illinois
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY candidates welcome
  • Passion for working in school settings and with diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-6 or K-8 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
  • Conduct therapy sessions, document progress, and engage with educators and families to support student success
  • Participate fully in campus and district-wide support initiatives across two school campuses
