Operations Supervisor – 3rd Shift

The 3rd Shift Operations Supervisor directs, and coordinates activities of workers engaged in production.

Specific

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises and coordinates activities of production workers
• Interprets company policies and collective bargaining agreement
• Demonstrated commitment and enforcement of safe work practices
• Maintains time and production reports
• Coordinates with maintenance and other departments in Raynor
• Establishes or adjusts work procedure to meet production schedules
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product
• Suggests changes in work conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, and crew

• Knowledge of products specifications and BOM requirements
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication, self-presentation and interpersonal skills
• Solid communication skills at all levels of the organization
• PC skills with experience in MS Office and knowledge and use of JD Edwards

Pay: $57,

The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
