Maintenance Supervisor - 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of maintenance workers
• Interprets company policies and collective bargaining agreement
• Demonstrates commitment and enforcement of safe work practices
• Maintains time and production reports
• Coordinates with production and other departments in Raynor
• Schedules repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment to ensure continuous production operations
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product
• Suggests changes in work conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, and crew

• Metal forming, manufacturing, and maintenance background
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Effectively deals with multiple internal/external customers of varying levels
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, foster teamwork, and supervise direct reports
• Knowledge and ability concerning specific machine capacity and capability issues
• Capable of increasing manufacturing efficiencies through effective scheduling
• Proficiency in communication, self‑presentation and interpersonal skills
• Tool Room and Plant Facilities experience

Job Type: Full‑time / Salaried

Pay: $70,

The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.

3‑5 years of Maintenance Supervision experience with Tool Room and Plant Facilities.
