The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all facility equipment and systems on production, utility, and process equipment. Shift duty (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) applies. This full‑time permanent role requires strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and the ability to work independently and with a small team.

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment and facility systems.
• Install, set up, and maintain equipment following blueprints, sketches, verbal instructions, or written work orders with minimal supervision.
• Operate and maintain machine shop equipment; perform welding, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and pump repairs as needed.
• Respond efficiently and calmly to emergency downtime situations to minimize production delays.
• Follow and comply with all lockout/tagout procedures and safety regulations.
• Maintain legible and accurate maintenance records.
• Train and assist other maintenance personnel as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing or food manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of aseptic processing (preferred).
• Good attendance and work history.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
