What You’ll Do
Assemble, test, and pack components following documented procedures
Inspect parts using gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc.
Support production lines and maintain quality standards
Follow safety rules, use required PPE, and maintain a clean work area
Participate in team improvement activities and basic preventive maintenance

What We’re Looking For
Dependable, motivated workers with strong attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Good attendance and safety record
High School diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
