Donaldson is seeking a Sr. Operations Lead to oversee daily performance across one or more production areas in Dixon, IL.
This first shift role runs Monday to Thursday, 4:00am–2:00pm, with every other Friday, and focuses on safety, quality, delivery and cost to meet plant objectives. You will lead and develop the production team, drive Lean initiatives, manage scheduling and maintenance, and coach staff on problem solving, safety, and standard work.
