Salary Range: $22.66 To $28.58 Hourly

About the Role:

We are looking for someone that is responsible for assembling pieces of metal together using a MIG welder. You will need to review blueprints, cut metal into the appropriate shape, and smooth metal to remove creases.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize blueprints to manufacture quality assemblies
  • MIG welding all positions
  • Document actions by completing produced quality inspections, time forms if applicable
  • Perform related tasks such as thermal cutting and griding to properly fit components
  • Maintain a safe, clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Ensure all equipment is properly set up and maintained
Location and Commitments:
  • Permanent full-time role based in Dixon, IL
  • Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 5pm
  • Some overtime may be required
Benefits Include:
  • Eligible for the Sewer Equipment Productivity Bonus, paid quarterly. Average 2025 payout was $7/hour. Payouts are based on overall company profitability, productivity, warranty, and attendance.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of welding experience
  • Must be able to read and comprehend blueprints
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Basic math skills and understanding how to utilize measuring devices accurately
  • Operate a forklift safely if required and trained
