Centurion Health is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Dixon Correctional Center in Dixon, Illinois. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care within scope under direction of RN and medical staff, addressing physical and behavioral health needs of incarcerated patients.
Requires LPN license or ability to obtain, CPR certification, high school diploma or GED, and ability to obtain security clearance.
