RN Nurse, Travel Nurse
Travel/Contract Registered Nurse position for a 13‑week assignment in or near Dixon, Illinois. The role offers competitive pay up to $2,000 per week and comprehensive benefits, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in long‑term care settings.
Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders accurately and timely.
Monitor patient conditions during overnight shifts and communicate significant changes to the healthcare team.
Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient care activities in electronic health records.
Respond promptly to emergencies, providing appropriate interventions during night hours.
Valid Registered Nurse license in Illinois or a Compact state.
Current BLS and CPR certifications, plus any applicable state certifications.
Minimum of 1 year RN experience, preferably in Skilled Nursing, Long‑Term Care, Rehab, or Acute Care.
Ability to work three 12‑hour night shifts.
Strong assessment and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Premium pay up to $2,000.00 per week with weekly direct deposit.
