Position: Travel/Contract Registered Nurse *Up To $2,000/WK* LTC

Travel/Contract Registered Nurse position for a 13‑week assignment in or near Dixon, Illinois. The role offers competitive pay up to $2,000 per week and comprehensive benefits, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in long‑term care settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders accurately and timely.

  • Monitor patient conditions during overnight shifts and communicate significant changes to the healthcare team.

  • Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient care activities in electronic health records.

  • Respond promptly to emergencies, providing appropriate interventions during night hours.

  • Qualifications:
    • Valid Registered Nurse license in Illinois or a Compact state.

    • Current BLS and CPR certifications, plus any applicable state certifications.

    • Minimum of 1 year RN experience, preferably in Skilled Nursing, Long‑Term Care, Rehab, or Acute Care.

    • Ability to work three 12‑hour night shifts.

    • Strong assessment and documentation skills.

    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
