Equipment Coordinator

The purpose of this position is to coordinate and manage the movement of Company equipment.

• Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
• Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
• Create driver schedules
• Manage driver hours and expenses
• Schedule movement of equipment
• Schedule Purchasing & Production errands
• Make travel arrangements
• Other duties as needed

• Permanent full-time role based in Dixon, IL

• At least 18 years of age
• Prompt, daily attendance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office:
  Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to multi-task
• Highly motivated individual with attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate through multiple channels and levels in the organization
• Ability to answer phones and work with customers professionally
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations preferred, not required
