Job Overview
Do it Best offers a full-time position at our Dixon, IL distribution center. Pay is weekly, with day shift (M–F) and includes healthcare benefits, a quarterly bonus, and generous retirement contributions.
Compensation- Starting wages $18.00–$23.00 per hour with regular increases every 180 days.
- Potential to earn up to $25.01 per hour with an additional performance bonus of $0.68–$2.01 per hour.
- Order fillers, shippers, receivers, forklift operators, and stockers.
- Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40–45 lbs.
- Occasionally lift up to 80–100 lbs.
- Assist in team lifts.
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, and stoop.
- Perform work at floor level, waist level, or above shoulder height.
