Distribution and Material Handler and Forklift Operator

Job ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely
Pick, move, store, and transfer materials throughout the warehouse
Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
Complete inventory counts and material transactions
Inspect inbound and outbound trailers
Ensure products are properly identified, counted, and handled with care
Follow stock rotation procedures and maintain organized inventory
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, and food defense procedures
Observe material segregation requirements
Follow all quality standards, work instructions, and safety policies
Assist in other warehouse areas as needed
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred
Forklift experience required
Basic computer skills
Ability to read and write legibly
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to recognize and address workplace issues responsibly
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and move throughout the shift
Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform physical labor as needed
