The firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own project delivery from preconstruction through closeout on residential builds. This role carries full responsibility for budget management, scheduling, and client relationships, working in close coordination with the Superintendent on-site to keep execution on track.
What you need:- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on residential construction projects
- Strong command of budget tracking, scheduling, and subcontractor management
- Confident, clear client-facing communication
- PMP or CCM certification
- Procore or comparable project management software experience
- Ground-up single-family or multifamily residential background
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
