The Young Adult Pastor at the Johnson County campus will lead Paradigm, the Young Adult ministry, with a goal of seeing lives changed by Jesus within Paradigm, the city, and beyond. You will equip ministry leaders for effective service and oversee the Young Adult staff to ensure healthy, gospel-centered ministry.
The role requires strong relational leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to the Great Commission, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in ministry.
