Overview

Landmark National Bank is looking for a Teller to join the team in Dodge City, KS. This full-time position (day shift; rotating Saturday mornings) requires a high school diploma or equivalent and involves delivering excellent customer service, processing bank transactions, and contributing to community-focused initiatives.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and addressing needs with prompt, accurate information and resolutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and the team of bank associates.
• Process bank transactions accurately and confidentially, including deposits, withdrawals, money orders, cashier s checks, loan payments, foreign currency exchange, check and debit card orders, account updates, wires, and other standard banking operations.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer levels and assist with vault balancing.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and procedures; stay current on assigned training courses.
• Promote bank products and services using established formats; utilize the 7 Step Conversation, Weekly Checklist, and Needs Solved Sheets.
• Engage in bank culture initiatives and team success activities (daily huddles, weekly rallies, new account training, and events).
• Represent the bank professionally in the community.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned; adhere to bank policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience
• Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently within a team setting
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Intermediate understanding of basic computer programs (Internet, Word, Excel, Outlook)
