Porter/Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter/Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained, contributing to a positive environment for employees and visitors.

• Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in various areas of the facility.
• Maintain restrooms, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and sanitary.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, including desks, countertops, and common areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
