** Principal Accountabilities:
*** Responsible for the operation and inspection of forklifts and loading dock-related equipment
* Responsible for performing and documenting the completion of assigned Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) tasks
* Comply with the company's Good Manufacturing Practices at all times
* Know and understand finished product names and characteristics
* Clean, organize, and maintain work areas
* Communicate constructively with coworkers, customers, vendors, contractors, and truck drivers
* Perform tasks in a safe manner to prevent injury to self and others
* Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors, management, and lead persons
* Perform work in a cooperative, courteous, and efficient manner
* Complete daily reconciliation of process orders
* Must understand and abide by Hutchinson Union Contract and Employee Production Handbook

* Required Qualifications:

*** Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
* Must be 18 years or older
* Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
* Basic use of a computer
* Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
* Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
* Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
* Must be able to operate machinery
* Have at least 1 year of experience in production-related work

*** Previous forklift and/or warehouse experience
* Mechanical background
