Shipping Forklift Operator

Cargill is seeking a Shipping Rot Forklift Stage-Palletizer to support shipping operations in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will safely operate forklifts to move, stage, and palletize finished goods for shipment. You'll load and unload trucks, verify orders, and maintain accurate documentation while following strict safety and quality standards. Working closely with warehouse and production teams, you help ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move, stage, and palletize finished goods for shipment
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Verify orders, labels, and documentation for accuracy
• Maintain clean, organized shipping and staging areas
• Follow all safety, quality, and food safety procedures
• Inspect forklifts and report maintenance or safety issues
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams on shipping priorities
• Use basic warehouse systems or scanners to track inventory and shipments
