Job Details
Ford County Jail, Dodge City, KS 67801. Salary: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour. Shift: Full‑time 12‑hour day shift, 6:00AM–6:00PM, with rotating weekends. Vaccines not required.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will provide patient‑centered nursing care in accordance with established nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and assess patient conditions
- Respond to medical concerns and emergencies
- Assist with intake screenings and routine nursing care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Collaborate with providers and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care
- Promote quality patient outcomes through compassionate care
- Valid, unrestricted LPN license
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check
- New graduates encouraged to apply
