Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 3:30 PM-1:30 AM;
Occasional Saturdays; potential for OT. The Licensed Practical Nurse will perform routine occupational health care activities, including health and wellness training and education, employee health services and compliance. We seek a professional who is licensed to practice in your state of employment or equivalent in other geographies.

Help develop, formulate and implement plans of care based on standing orders and medical directives.

Under general supervision of a registered nurse, treat, evaluate and assess employee illness or injury to ascertain medical direction.

Plan and implement compliance improvement projects and their deliverables.

In accordance with established procedures, conduct our safety and ergonomic training and administer the basics of drug and alcohol programs.

Assist with occupational health programs.

Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
• Two years of related work experience.
• Licensed practical nurse or vocational nurse or equivalent in other geographies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred two years experience.
• Must have LPN License
• Prefer Bilingual in Spanish
• Preferred surgical or hospital field
